Mendoza and a change of plans

We have decided on a new route today. Instead of crossing the Andes tomorrow we are heading south on Ruta 40 instead. All the way to San Carlos de Bariloche. Then crossing to Chile and heading north. The updated route looks something like this

Also, note the new link on the main bar. You can track our location with the SPOT website. Don't worry if it's not updated for a while, sometimes we don't turn it on.

We might not have much connectivity down there so be patient with updates :)

Staying in Mendoza for a day was really worth it. We visited some wineries, museums and local pubs. The town has a lot of tourists and is just buzzing with life. Patios everywhere, with great food and ambience. Here are some photos.
